HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL, This is my first post of 2012 Where did the year go? Seems like only a few weeks ago it was Spring. I've had several projects going over the holidays, I just didn't get around to writing about them. I hope you all have a blessed New Year.
I remmember my mother had a beautiful swing jacket and when I diiscoveredj this Butterick Retro pattern i had to make it. The fabric is a heavy linen-like blend with shiny black (looks like jet) windowpane checks.. Black on black. Very dressy. The photo is in the following post. Couldn't figure out how to add it to this post.
